Sell Your Precious Metals to BullionStar in 3 Easy Steps

As one of the world’s premier precious metals dealers, BullionStar doesn’t just sell bullion products; we are always looking to buy gold, silver, and platinum bullion as well.

We buy a wide variety of bullion products and make it extremely easy to sell to us. To sell your precious metals to us, please visit our “Sell” page and choose the products that you would like to sell to us. You can also check the current selling prices for various bullion products on that page.

The prices that we pay for bullion products depend on the type of product and the current precious metal spot price when you place your order. Once you’ve placed your order to sell to BullionStar, you must ship your items to us within two business days and e-mail a copy of your shipment receipt to support@bullionstar.com.

Step 1 - Place Your Sell Order

Visit our “Sell” page and select the item(s) and quantities that you would like to sell, which will lock in the price for your sell order. Check to see if your customer information is correct and, if not, input the correct information and then choose your preferred method of payment. Next, submit your sell order. If there are bullion items that you would like to sell that are not listed, please reach out to us for a quote.

Step 2 - Ship Your Bullion Items

Ship your bullion items within two business days to the address below:

Once you’ve shipped your items to us, please e-mail a copy of your shipment receipt to support@bullionstar.com. BullionStar is not liable or responsible for any damage or loss of packages when shipping your bullion items to us, which is why we strongly recommend using only reputable shipping companies and fully insuring your parcel.

Step 3 - Get Paid

Once BullionStar has received your parcel, we will notify you. Next, we will test and verify your bullion products and then initiate payment to you via your preferred method of payment.

If there are any discrepancies in the bullion items that you’ve sent, we reserve the right to adjust your order price accordingly but will contact you beforehand.
